Steel Defender
About Steel Defender
Steel Defender is a tank defense game with a twist: your tank never stops shooting. Parked at the bottom of the battlefield with AUTO SHOOTING ON, it pours shells upward on its own — your entire job is steering left and right. Enemy planes and helicopters cross overhead dropping bombs straight down, and every bomb that connects costs you one of your three lives. An ammo counter ticks down with every shell fired, a 3-minute timer counts down the round, and your best score is saved between runs. Simple controls, zero downtime: dodge, position, and let the cannon do the talking.

How to play Steel Defender
- Tap to start — your tank fires upward automatically (on desktop, it works the same).
- Steer left and right with the arrow buttons to dodge falling bombs and line up shots.
- Enemy aircraft drop bombs as they cross — don't be underneath when they release.
- You have 3 lives. Survive the full 3 minutes or chase the highest score.
Tank movement and bomb-dodging tips
Never sit still
a stationary tank eats every bomb aimed at it; the gun fires itself, so your only job is movement.
Dodge first, aim second
move out from under a falling bomb before worrying about lining up the perfect shot.
Read the flight paths
bombs drop straight down from the aircraft, so if you're not under the plane's path, you're safe.
Watch the ammo counter
it drops with every shell; auto-fire is convenient, but every shot is accounted for.
